Yes, we do offer free shipping for most areas around the world, except for areas that are not accessible by logistics or remote areas. Remote areas require an additional shipping fee.

The production time of a Kiradols doll is approximately 7 business days. However, if you customize the makeup and body painting, the production time will be extended by 3-5 days. Therefore, the specific production time depends on the complexity of your customization options.

Yes. We’ll take photos and videos of your finished KiraDols doll to showcase the doll’s details for your confirmation.

Our anime heads are indeed smaller than most on the market, but this doesn’t affect the final anime-like effect. Combined with our styled, thick wigs and heightening crowns, they achieve a perfect anime look without requiring a large head circumference to fit the thinner wigs available on the market. Also, the smaller head size appropriately reduces the weight.

Our makeup is purely hand-painted with a combination of airbrushing. The eye makeup and various patterns on the face are hand-painted, while blush-like areas are airbrushed.
