Upgraded Packaging for Well-Styled DLC Series Sex Doll Wigs

A beautifully styled wig deserves packaging that protects it just as carefully as it was made.

For our well-styled DLC series wigs, KiraDols offers an upgraded wig packaging option. This enhanced packaging method is designed for customers who want extra protection for their carefully styled wigs during shipping and a more refined unboxing experience.

Ungraded Packaging Process

From securing the head mold to protecting every part of the hairstyle, each step is carefully designed to help the wig arrive in excellent condition.

1. Secure the Head Mold

The first step is to securely fix the head mold inside the packaging box. We initially apply glue to attach the head mold to the base of the box. The mold and box base are carefully pierced, and cable ties are used for reinforcement. This creates a stable foundation and helps prevent the head mold – supporting the wig – from shifting during transportation.

2. Secure the Wig

Once the head mold is firmly secured, we carefully fix the wig in place. For sex doll wigs with long strands, cable ties are used to organize and secure the longer sections to the base of the box. This prevents the hair from becoming tangled or moving excessively during shipping. The wig itself is then secured to the head mold using ribbons and nails. These additional fixing points help keep the wig firmly in position and protect the carefully styled hairstyle from falling out of place or being damaged.
The result is a remarkably secure package. Even when the box is turned upside down, the wig remains firmly in place instead of falling apart. You can see this stability demonstrated in the packaging video.

3. Final Packaging

After the wig has been carefully secured, it is placed inside a transparent gift box. The transparent design allows you to check the condition of the wig immediately after opening the outer shipping package, without having to remove it from the inner box first.
